Trip to South Africa

Well here I am back in SA.

It is a whole new part of South Africa I have come to,here in the hills above Pietermaritzburg. We are staying with family and enjoying some time with our new granddaughter Kara. I never thought we would come back after we last left in 2015.

What a very beautiful country, specially at this time of the year, the sun is shining, everywhere is very green and verdant. Yes, there is load shedding (regular power cuts) and lots of unemployment but maybe the powers that be will eventually get it together.

Also I have discovered that I can write blog posts from my phone. Cool! Let’s see how it looks shall we. I will sign off with a picture of Kara – welcome to an amazing world little girl.
